I am flowing alongside with life that is living out its true nature just like the trees, the animals, plants, and insects, who live in their body, they are not living outside of it like most humans…they are connected integrated within their bodies. That’s what nature has taught me as a child, that’s what the trees, and land, and sea showed me.
This is why I have such a deep communion with it, I can be all that I am with it, more with it at a deeper level because it is its true nature. Most humans are not and so we cannot connect to them, to most, they are not real, their true nature is not alive. Nature is, real it’s alive. Nature is living out its true nature, you don’t see a daisy trying to be a lion, it just is, it follows the natural rhythm of its body.
I am human and I am being human, I am Gaia I am not trying to be something else, to be Mary or John it’s not natural…I flow natural…I am ruled by my body, not yours. I am not trying to rule it, it rules me, I follow its natural nature like nature.
So I have more in common with nature I am more comfortable with it because it is itself just like some people are. We are not the same just like I am not the same with the other, we are very different but we share being alive, being…living in our bodies. So those differences I have with a tree, an ant, a spider, a cloud, a rock, or another is not bad, it is not a problem, it’s not an obstacle because we are different. On the contrary I love that difference, it’s beautiful, fascinating I can live in communion with it because no matter what our differences are we are living our true nature. Loving each other for what we truly are. We are truly being with each other. That is what we share in common. We are just being what we are, with no desire to change what we are, to alter our body in any way, to be another animal, plant, or to interfere with each other’s life. Asking the flower why it can’t bare fruit, or why the squirrel cannot speak, trying to make it the same.
The flower is beautiful as is, the tree is beautiful as is, that’s its glory its gift its beauty, remaining just the way it is. Surrendered to what it is surrendered to…its vehicle…
So nature is my home….my true nature. I can observe the rest the homogenized world and watch in fascination and see its beauty as well but I can never integrate within that…into that which is not my true nature…I can only observe….I cannot be involved…I have no place…no role…no gift in that…I can only be…aloof…among that which is true nature…
In life we find both its true nature and that which is not its true nature. This is life. Both are beautiful. One is not better than the other, more correct than the other just correct for some and others not or at some moments and others not. One is not bad and the other good. It just is. Both are fascinating to observe, to watch to live among. But the difference is that for some of us like the dandelion, the cricket, the ocean, we can only do so by living out our true nature, to try and do otherwise can only lead to death. A tree trying to be human with no legs and trying to walk, or fly or grow wings like a fly it can only meet resistance in life, it can only be a tree, it can only survive and thrive as itself. It does not need to be anything else. And some of us humans are like that. To interfere with out true nature can only lead us to death. We cannot survive and thrive away from our true nature.
We can live among you within life, living out our true nature in coexistence in a world that is not, but that is the only way. Do not try and change us, do not blame us for not having wings, or a trunk…you will only meet resistance nothing more. You will meet death and you will miss out on the greatest gift of all. There is no choice.
You can live out your nature, don’t live out your nature makes no difference…but don’t bother interfering with my nature…I am my own nature…
